Responsibilities

• Manage service contracts.
• Meet monthly sales and profit budgets.
• Ensure service team performs safely and at high quality.
• Enhance customer experience in service department.
• Develop the service team in order to enhance the personal development of employees to achieve consistent and effective service delivery and overall quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in management, business or related field; or equivalent Management experience in an industrial environment.
• At least 3+ years' of managerial experience in an industrial/service environment.
• Demonstrate ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce.
• Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
• Experience in managing budgets and conducting presentations to dealers, client and management teams.
