The team at our Port Hedland Branch are supportive of each other and  dedicated to keeping trucks and trailers rolling across WA and beyond.

This is a day shift role, with a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, FIFO available, giving you ample time to explore Port Hedland and recharge for your next shift.

How you’ll play your part:

• Be a parts whiz – decipher part requests and ensure we have everything in stock to keep our customers on the road. Think of yourself as a parts detective, solving problems and ensuring the right parts find the right trucks.
• Master the stock game – You'll be responsible for keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring stock levels are always optimal. No more frantic searches, just smooth sailing with your inventory expertise.
• Become a customer champion – Providing exceptional customer service is in your DNA. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) our clients rely on, ensuring they get the parts they need, when they need them.
• Embrace teamwork – You won't be going solo on this adventure! Collaboration is key, and you'll be working alongside a supportive team to achieve awesome things together.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience in the truck parts industry, but your passion for parts and customer service is what truly matters!
• Are a computer whiz with experience using MS Office Suite and warehouse systems.
• Hold an LF Forklift Licence and a Driver's Licence – bonus points if you can parallel park a truck in your sleep (just kidding... mostly).
• Physically fit and ready to tackle some heavy lifting (think superhero strength, but for parts!).
• Are a great communicator who can clearly explain complex parts details and build strong relationships with customers.
