We are a fast-growing supplier of building products. With focus on supplying solutions to the construction market. We are experiencing fast growth, supplying some of Australia’s largest builders and distributors. 

The Opportunity: 

Based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs, you will be required to grow the Victorian residential/medium density market, utilising your relationships within the construction market, including builders, carpenters, specifiers and more. 

You will be required to manage a diverse range of sales channels to grow the market within your region and use your technical and relationship management to build a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Grow your region with your knowledge and contacts.
• Grow your region via cold calling and acquisition.
• Grow your existing customer base.
• Understand the sales process from specification through to installation.
• Grow margin and sales via your exception sales skills

About You

Being a natural sales professional in the construction industry, you are highly regarded with your contacts. You have experience and contacts with key stake holders and not afraid to knock on doors. 

You will be technically savvy, and have a good understanding of the building market, Although you will be trained in the products, your exceptional sales skills will be important to grow the Victorian market. You are a hunter and have the drive and passion to exceed your targets and goals. 

Key Skills: 

• Experience in generating new business and growth through industry contacts acquisition, and current client base
• Experience in the building market
• Experience selling to residential builders
• Able to report and keep records to company policies and requirements
• Technically and technology savvy
