We are looking for a Duty Manager who prides themselves on their forward-thinking initiative, sales & retention skills, ability to navigate club software, pursue & initiate lead generation, promote new business & lead by example while following a strict code of conduct, on a daily basis.

 

Experience with gym sales and PGM software is be advantageous but not essential, plus previous experience in a similar previous role is highly favourable. 

 

The ideal candidate is being capable of multitasking within a varied & dynamic administrative workload and is enthusiastic about health, fitness and wellbeing on a holistic level.

The ideal candidate will also have: 

  • Pool Lifeguard Qualified (or willing to obtain immediately) for FOH role
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Passion for customer service 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in real time in a multifaceted, fast paced business 
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • High level office and computing skills
  • High level administration experience
  • Ability to work rostered rotating mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Work in team based work environment
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Living locally would be advantageous for early morning shifts
  • Loves the health & fitness industry, sports and wellbeing

Hours: Part time or full time available
