Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, (or a related field) or demonstrated industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including (but not limited to) Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Premier Pro, website updates, SEO etc. Graphic design skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individually.
  • Passion for the aviation / aerospace industry is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms and company website, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Work with the Managing Director in a Personal Assistant role (minimal and only as required).
