• Engage in 100% outbound calls to members as their membership end approaches. 
• Strive towards easily attainable KPIs in a dynamic setting.
• Convenient on-site parking.
• Onsite training 

About you: 

• Possess prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
• Exhibit a passion for sales, exude energy, and thrive in a target-oriented environment centered around customer satisfaction.
• Showcase exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrate professional persistence.
• Display high levels of motivation and a results-focused mindset.
• Capable of swiftly building rapport and naturally steering conversations with well-directed questions.
• While experience in an RTO (Registered Training Organization) setting is advantageous, it's not obligatory.
