About the position: 

• Oversee 25-30 heavy mobile plant operators with bulk and detailed earthworks  
• Manage contractor performance and report directly to managers 
• Schedule materials and plant requirements 
• FIFO from Perth ONLY 
• 2:1 Roster - 80hr-84hr work weeks (Mon-Sun) 
• $75.00 per hour and paid weekly 

To be considered: 

• Minimum 3 years Earthworks Supervisor experience 
• Hold all relevant operator tickets/licences
• Valid Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communicator with strong client management skills
• National Police Clearance (recent)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol.
