As a Designer and Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the exciting journey of furniture selection, offering design advice, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
If you have your own client base to create sales, you don’t have to be on duty in the shop. Different business models and reward systems can be discussed.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A keen eye for design and detail.
- Design background.
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal, with excellent professional presentation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Computer and social media skills.
The Role:
- Maintain the showroom's appearance in line with company’s guidelines.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Interact with customers in-person and remotely for consultations and sales.
- Ensure timely responses to orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
- Guide customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
