The Opportunity

As an Aftersales Assistant, you will take ownership of the end to end Aftersales process to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting functions such as Import/Export, Aftersales Service, Customer Service, Analysis & Reporting.
  • Communicating with the boutiques on a daily basis for all Aftersales related matters.
  • Communicating with local repair contacts and suppliers.
  • Communicating with the Aftersales team in Paris.
  • Providing consistent updates for repair clients in Australia.
  • Organising, collecting and dispatching all local and overseas repairs, communicating with the boutiques as necessary in regards to Aftersales.
  • Providing Aftersales training to stores.

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales and service expert, ideally with a background in supporting the Aftersales function of a retail business to join our team on an initial contract until 31 March 2025. 

To ensure your success in leading your category, you will also bring:

  • Strong background in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Big picture thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred.
