The Role:

You will be responsible for the cosmetic injectables portfolio and skincare portfolio in Queensland.  This is a hybrid role for a passionate individual who also has business management skills. We are looking to fill 2 roles, one covering Brisbane/Brisbane North and the other covering Brisbane/Brisbane South.

Ideally, you will have experience in the appearance medicine market with experience as either a nurse injector or dermal therapist.

The role will utilise your Clinical Nursing experience within the Aesthetics space. Ideally, you will have experience using a range of Aesthetics products, have a strong understanding of Facial Anatomy and experience training HCPs on injectables and skincare.You will build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners, conducting education/training sessions across our injectables and skincare ranges.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote, Train and Drive sales of injectable and select skincare ranges
• Develop and Implement a Clinical training strategy and clinical training for our Clients
• Clinical assistance at educational events and managing clinical education across our skincare and injectables portfolio
• Attend events nationally and lead workshops
• You will manage all the Adverse Event Consultations and provide support to our clients
• Ensure the achievement of State-Based Sales Targets across both Profhilo (filler category) and selected cosmeceutical products
• Develop and grow the selective portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses
• Work closely with other BMs, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Trainers to facilitate growth opportunities for Dermocosmetica
• Attend and represent Dermocosmetica at company organised and industry sponsored events
• Attend and support local workshops, including clinical forums, VIP events, workshops, and training courses
• Identify, develop and maintain key business contacts and key opinion leaders
• Develop and implement a business plan for your selected portfolio within a budget
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative measures to achieve effectiveness and productivity with territory and customer segments
• Travel to regional and interstate areas as directed by the National Sales Manager
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the National Sales Manager on activity, customer and competitor information, sales and expense budgets
• Maintain and track a budget of clinic support programs, training stock and provide accurate monthly reports to NSM

About You – Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Div 1 registered Nurse (Australia) coupled with +5yrs injectable and or dermal experience and appropriate post graduate qualifications
• Have a background in Cosmetic, Plastic Surgical or Dermatological Nursing with extensive experience in Aesthetics
• Experience selling or working with skincare and or injectable products
• Previous Training & Educating experience will be welcomed
• The aptitude to learn highly technical information and to acquire a high level of product and therapeutic knowledge
• Ability to demonstrate Strong Patient and Customer focus
• Motivation, Passion, and Drive to succeed
• Strong team player who can also work autonomously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating building relationships with patients, doctors, nurses and work colleagues
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
