About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Essendon Outlet.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal

Sheridan was founded in Australia by visionary entrepreneur Claudio Alcorso in 1967. As a boy working in the family textile printing business in Italy, Claudio acquired knowledge and a love of textiles. When he migrated to Australia, he brought with him an inherent understanding of the importance of quality as well as his passion for art and beauty.
