About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our extensive security product portfolio to established business-to-business customers. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understand their security needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Generate quotes and proposals for customers based on their specific needs.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare, organise, and dispatch deliveries including receipting of goods into warehouse.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales environment (security industry a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and driven to maximize sales opportunities
• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
