Lead Group are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in beautiful Mildura VIC.

This is a highly supported environment offering long term progression opportunities, internal structure includes experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC officer, Rostering Officers plus admin team, plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care staff.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success and maintaining a stable and welcoming environment.
