As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be working as a pivotal member of our Client Services Team. Our Customer Service Consultants possess a can-do attitude, are well organized, and always bring their side of fun.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and handle claims proactively, ensuring adherence to high standards and KPI benchmarks.
  • Engage in effective communication with customers, delivering precise information within specified timelines throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders such as property owners, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering calls and addressing enquiries.
  • Assess and act upon work orders and requests from both internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data within the claims database system.
  • Perform data entry tasks and fulfill general administration responsibilities as instructed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including polished phone etiquette.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
