Blue Diamond is a leading national supplier specialising in Generators, Lighting Towers and Air Compressors looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our new Sydney Team to turbo charge the branch.

Blue Diamond is also leading the industry with an exciting renewables range with our Net Zero Equipment offer, which offers the right candidate an exciting opportunity to be trained in this exciting new space and sell something new to a well established network.

The Role

As a sales representative you will be responsible for the sales conversion of new company generated sales leads, building on existing relationships and finding new potential customers.

This role will see you achieving a personal sales budget by developing and maintaining the relationships across a broad customer base that includes selling onto tier one rental, mining and construction customers along with general trade and agriculture clients. 

Catching all key data within a CRM framework will help and assist you to having greater visibility to projects and ultimately, achieving greater sales.

Skills & Experience Needed

We are really looking for someone that wants a career and not just a job. There will be training and mentorship from the director level of the company within this role and a lot of investment given - but we are chasing someone with industrial sales experience preferably with experience in selling into key categories of tier one rental, mining and construction customers.
