About the role
As a member of the retail sales team you will be the key point of contact between Southern Plumbing Plus and our customers.
Key duties include:
- Face-to-face sales/service to trade and/or retail customers
- Dealing with a diverse group of customers (homeowners, builders, plumbers and interior designers)
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service
- Finding solutions to customers' needs
- Participation in training and personal development sessions.
The Ideal candidate will have sales experience within the plumbing or building industries, or may have previously worked as a plumber, or in a different retail environment.
As well as excellent customer service skills you’ll have the drive, commitment and integrity required to build a successful sales career. Competency with computers, a desire to acquire product knowledge and a friendly personality to work well within the current friendly teams are also essential characteristics for this role.
