The Position

In the role of Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling.
• Nurture new and existing client relationships.
• Work with the team to implement structures and processes to aid the growth of the division.
• Arm yourself with market insights to drive conversations with prospects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Go above and beyond to provide world-class service to clients.
• Attractive package plus commissions.
• Highly proficient administrative skills
• Proficient knowledge in Agent Box

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will have/be:

• A proven track record of success in Business Development roles within the real estate/property sector
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Highly tenacious, driven and results-focussed - you will be a GUN on the phones and love the thrill of the close
• You will be a natural rapport-builder with great relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and articulate with a keen eye for detail
• Immaculately presented with a highly professional demeanour
• Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
