We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant for a busy medium sized law firm.
 
You will have ongoing support for professional development from an experienced team, while working in a friendly environment.
 
Duties will include: -
  • Outside clerk work and deliveries.
  • Photocopying and scanning.
  • Reception cover. 
  • E-lodgment of court documents.
  • Assisting Legal Assistants with any required tasks.
  • Opening of Client files.
This role requires: -

  • Organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • A commitment to a positive workplace culture
  • The ability to prioritise work.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.
Legal experience preferred but not essential.
