We are currently seeking experienced Grader Operators to join our team for one of our leading clients in mining. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months or more of demonstrable experience in grader operation.

About the Role:

2:1 FIFO Roster

FIFO from Perth

Minimum Requirements:

• 12 months' experience as a Grader Operator
• Valid and current C class manual or HR license
• Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance (NPC)
• Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Assessment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience and exposure to mobile plant operations
• Highly regarded: Dozer, Loader, Excavator tickets
• Highly regarded: Forklift, Non-slewing Mobile Crane, Skidsteer tickets
• Additional high-risk licenses

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Implementing client's project requirements as a Grader Operator
• Safely and efficiently operate Grader equipment
• Maintain a commitment to zero harm
• Report to the Production Superintendent
• Ensure reliability and punctuality for shifts
