About the Company
The role is a 35 hours per week on a 6-month contract with opportunity to be extended. The role entails you assess and maintain the assets of council.

About the Position
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and conducting maintenance works on a variety of council’s assets.

Duties

• Maintain positive and supportive relations between the divisions and individuals
• Developing and consistent evaluation of projects budgets
• Provide corrective action solutions to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
• Coordinate the preparation of works as executed drawings and operations
• Project team management
• Manage and maintain project cost recovery process.

Skills & Experience

• Formal qualifications in construction to Certificate or higher level and equivalent experience
• Commitment to customer service and quality assurance processes
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent decision-making skills
