Dental Receptionist
We are a modern, busy dental practice located at Ridgehaven with friendly patients and a welcoming, positive team. Our practice is focused on the highest level of patient care and customer service providing our patients with a state-of-the-art dental experience in a respectful and passionate environment.
Our Front Office Receptionist's responsibilities involve providing excellent customer service through maintaining and implementing all practice systems. The position would suit only someone who is looking for a long-term career in our practice and is willing to play an integral role within the team.
You will be/have
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to relate easily to a wide range of people.
- Have an excellent phone manner and dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Be a great team player, posses the ability to fit in, help drive the team, be friendly, positive, flexible and come with a can-do attitude.
- Preferably have dental reception experience, however not essential.
- Previous use of Exact software will be a benefit.
- The personality and skills to work in a very busy environment.
- Availability to work on a shared roster for Saturday mornings.
Hours ideally would be,
Monday 8am - 7pm
Tuesday 8am - 5.30pm
Thursday 8.30pm - 7pm
Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 8am - 12noon
This is a Full Time Permanent position.
Hours can be negotiated, if required, to suit the right applicant.
