Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a Property Accountant to join our Head Office and report to the other senior management within the business. 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to a supportive Senior Financial Accountant, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to:

• Entering invoices and processing payments
• Maintaining supplier records
• Expense analysis and reporting
• Assisting with month end process
• General ledger maintenance
• Preparation and processing of adjusting journals
• Focus on property & lease finances
• Assisting the CFO & Finance Manager with adhoc duties

 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience Accountant.
• Demonstrated experience using MYOB & XERO.
• Must have excellent English communication skills to communicate with different stakeholders in the business
• Degree in accounting and CPA/CA required or in progress.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent computer literacy in Excel
• Demonstrated experience in property & leases is preferred.
• Able to take on challenging duties as well as routine tasks
• Must possess strong working knowledge of accounting principles.
