My client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Client Manager to join their close-knit team. The firm is well-established (35+ year history) and provides services including accounting, advisory, taxation and wealth. The portfolio is comprised of a range of industries including doctors, property developers, SMSFs, and property investors with multiple group entities. 

In this role, you will have plenty of client contact and the opportunity to mold the role into your own as you continue in your development. One of the Senior Client Managers has recently been promoted to Partner, so there is plenty of room to move up and take on more complex clients and project work. 

The staff retention rate at the firm is incredibly high and a testament to the great work/life balance promoted from the Partners. Everyone generally enjoys a 9 to 5 workday, with minimal overtime. The firm provides support for CA/CPA studies and other professional development, and holds annual salary reviews. As a practice they primarily use Xero.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work close to home in a client-facing role. They also offer 1 day work-from-home (either Mondays or Fridays).

You will have key responsibilities, including:

• Develop relationships with an established client base
• Provide comprehensive tax consulting and advisory to clients across various entities
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for all entity types
• Manage internal and external client communication
• Review the work of local and offshore team members and provide mentorship 

The ideal candidate will posses: 

• CA/CPA qualification
• A relevant tertiary level qualification
• 4+ years' business services/taxation experience
• Experience working with a diverse range of clientele
• Confidence communicating with clients and other relevant stakeholders
