Our Spa – Hobart

Located in the CBD you will find the beautiful endota Hobart within the luxurious Icon Complex on level one, situated next to an amazing café.

Boasting 6 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, MoreMe skin scanning, Electro-Mesotherapy and Light Therapy (LED).

Your Role 

endota therapists are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey. 

As a Remedial Massage Therapist at endota, you will have the opportunity to perform both remedial and beauty treatments, including relaxation massage and facials.  You will receive additional training on endota specific treatment protocols and be educated on our extensive range of endota organic and New Age product ranges.  Using your professional knowledge to prescribe the best home care solutions for your clients you will be rewarded for achieving KPI’s as part of our National Therapist incentive program.   As a team player you will be expected to take ownership of your treatment rooms ensuring they are set up, packed down and maintained to endota cleanliness standards.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.  An endota remedial massage therapist will:

• Hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage but will be willing to perform treatments across the endota service menu
• Have previous industry experience.  Health Fund Provider Numbers and Professional Membership required and must be current throughout your employment
• Be dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients, caring about the quality of service delivered
• Have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise for client and personal satisfaction, and you are interested in further personal and professional development
• Be available to work late nights and weekends if required
• Be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
