Job Description

We are in search for an ambitious and results driven candidate that we can help develop into a sales professional who will contribute to the growth of our customer base for our Courier, Taxi Truck & Contract Logistics divisions.

In this role you will have a specific focus sourcing customers across a dedicated territory of Sydney. 

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will:

  • Consistently identify new opportunities to approach & secure.
  • Consult prospects to understand what they need and apply our solution.
  • Have a high attention to detail and effective follow up. This is assisted through our CRM - Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Onboard new customers to ensure a low maintenance solution for them & retain their business for the financial year.
  • Be target orientated to build a portfolio of clients and job numbers.

This role is B2B solution selling with a short-term sales cycle where your actions and urgency create the opportunity to work with you and build a relationship. 

Average Week 

This is a hybrid role meaning you will typically spend 2 - 3 days (Mon, Wed & Fri) in the office at Rydalmere contacting businesses (prospective clients) to schedule meetings for you to present our services (creating new sales opportunities), whilst also maintaining contact with your already won clients to maintain your portfolio (account management). 

The remainder of your week is spent in the field presenting proposals to potential clients and visiting already won clients in your ever-growing portfolio, ensuring strong relationships are forged and you reach your annual budget for growth. 

The Central territory encompasses main industrial hubs such as Alexandria, Botany, Sydney, Matravillle, Mascot.

Sales Experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide full sales training as part of our program.
