ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
The Role:
This is a full function accounts payable role for a group active in property development, construction and hotels.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- High volume processing of invoices
- Data entry
- Matching and filing invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery dockets
- Reconciliations
- Processing payments
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries, credits to be raised, account discrepancies and other queries as required
- Ad-hoc duties that the finance team requires
- Subcontractor progress payments
- Checking statutory paperwork such as insurances
Candidate profile:
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ accounts payable experience (essential)
- CHEOPS / ERP experience is preferred
- Intermediate excel skills
- Experience in dealing with high volume work
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in full function accounts payable
- Attention to detail
This is a full time position located at the group’s head office in Sydney’s inner-west. Culture fit is of utmost importance - you must be a team player, genuine and positive. Resilience and a can-do attitude are a must.
