Position Available: Parts Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are in need of a proficient and dedicated Sales Manager for our Parts Department. This role is centered on sales, featuring a commission-based salary structure that presents an appealing opportunity for high-performing individuals. If you possess a passion for Japanese automotive brands and a proven track record in sales management, we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team of up to 10 members, covering all four brands.
• Enhance sales and gross profit performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Logistics & Distribution Manager.
• Provide support for inventory management processes as required.
• Report to the General Manager - Parts.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience, particularly with Japanese automotive brands.
• Preference for Toyota experience; familiarity with other Japanese makes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate customer relationships.
• Strong conflict resolution skills when dealing with diverse customer types.
• Leadership capabilities to optimize team performance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Exposure to inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade experience or mechanical knowledge.
• Previous experience in a Toyota dealership.
• Familiarity with TUNE DMS.
