This is a position for an experienced trust accountant to work alongside a top-performing director & team. We are looking for an individual to streamline all financial activities of the business, utilizing your organizational and administration skills daily. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing Property Management Trust for roughly 2000 properties
• Paying supplier invoices on time
• Managing company creditors
• Issuing invoices to customers
• Conducting a statement run every month
• Financial reporting & issuing financial statements
• Profit & loss statements
• Full time assistant

The Candidate:

Previous experience managing trust for large rent roll is essential to be considered. A successful candidate will:

• Harness outstanding communication skills
• Be great with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
• Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Possess a "can do" attitude
• Be a great team player!
• PROPERTY TREE KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL
• C2 Real Estate License essential
