Required Personal Attributes:

  • You must have Customer Service or Sales Consultant experience
  • You must have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy customer sales environment
  • Common sense essential
  • Solid experience of travel destinations in Australia and/or Overseas essential
  • Strong sales focus essential (customer service & ethical approach)
  • General life experience highly regarded
  • Excellent, clearly spoken and written English communication skills
  • Practical and Quick on the uptake
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business ethics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Work efficiently without supervision
  • Good team player essential

You must be able to absorb ongoing training, follow our travel reservation system procedures and to enthusiastically sell our high-value holidays to suit the needs of our valued, high-end clients.  You must be great at multi-tasking and love a busy sales environment.
