We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our team in Shepperton. As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards. 

About the role: 

• Maximizing sales opportunities while always providing an excellent standard of customer service
• Managing day-to-day operations of the showroom including store performance, onboarding new staff, training, and other duties as required.
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' bedding needs.
• Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing the team.
• Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
• Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs.

About you: 

• You will need to be, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully lead a team?
• Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them.
• Are immaculately presented, suitable for an exceptional showroom environment.
• Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
• Have extensive retail sales and management experience with a strong focus on increasing sales performance across the team
