The role:

• Deliver internal payroll audit projects
• Develop a run-sheet for the payroll process in the new pay system
• Implement and monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures and programs
• Back pay calculations
• Risk management
• Implement enhancements to streamline payroll processes and increase efficiency
• Reconcile and remediate any past pay discrepancies

Profile:

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Previous experience in the health industry
• iChris or Chris21 experience (not essential)
