You will be joining an Australian business in the energy sector, playing a key role in leading their finance function through significant transformation and process improvement. 
  
As their Head of Finance, you will support the Deputy CFO with compliance excellence, systems evolution, process improvement and deliver best-in-class financial operations.
  
This is a genuine leadership opportunity, with broad exposure and ownership across core aspects of finance. 

Your experience with managing large teams, CA/CPA qualified, improving processes, finding efficiencies and enhancing Fin Control, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and FP&A will be foundational to your success in the company.

Having a background in the energy sector is preferred but not essential, with 15+ years of experience across different areas of Finance. 

This role is based in Sydney and it's a great company to be a part of with strong diversity, inclusion and community values. Remuneration ~$300k + incentives.
