We are looking for a Receptionist to join our innovative and ever-growing team!

About the Role

Every day we aim to inspire people to create those 'Oh What a Feeling' moments and our Receptionists are at the heart of our guest's experience.

As our front desk receptionist, you will be the face of our fast-paced and exciting Chatswood Toyota dealership! You are the first and last point of contact for anyone who walks through our doors.

You are our go-to, from the warm welcome on arrival to responding to queries about vehicles right through to providing support with service bookings. Right from the start, you are empowered to give our guests that Toyota feeling!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and cheerful character with an excellent phone manner, well-rounded admin skills and who is eager to kickstart their career with Australia’s #1 automotive brand.

About You

For this role, we are looking for someone who can be:

• Confident in greeting guests with a positive and pleasant personality
• An excellent communicator both face-to-face and over the phone
• Organised in their approach to managing various tasks
• An autonomous worker, while also contributing positively to our team culture
• Committed to empowering our guests to achieve their 'Oh What a Feeling' moments
• Eager to learn, develop and grow
