THE ROLES 

We are seeking experienced and safety conscious Boilermaker Welders to join our team in Brisbane for a maintenance project based role, with plenty of penalty rates!    

To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 

• Experience in tank construction and/or maintenance
• Construction induction card 
• Trade qualified (Australian recognised) 
• Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 3 years) mandatory 
• Confined space ticket (valid within the last 3 years) mandatory 
• Terminal or refinery experience highly desirable 
• Have a good understanding of Engineering drawings 
• Proficient in tig SMAW and FCAW with ability to pass ASME standard xray tests – 2G & 3G  
• Welding tickets (highly regarded)
• Valid HR Driver’s license 
• Proof of right to work in Australia – a valid passport, birth certificate or visa
• The ability to work within a team and unsupervised 
• Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling 
• High safety and quality standards 
• Excellent communication and time management skills 
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test
