- Great Communication Skills
- Punctuality
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Outlook and Google Drive
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Administration experience essential
- Experience within construction industry is preferred but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist with administration of a busy building and construction company
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Scheduling trades
- Submitting building reports and assessments
- Entering invoices
- Data Entry and Filing
- General office & PA tasks
