  • Great Communication Skills
  • Punctuality
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Outlook and Google Drive
  • Able to work independently or with a team
  • Administration experience essential
  • Experience within construction industry is preferred but not essential

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist with administration of a busy building and construction company
  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Scheduling trades
  • Submitting building reports and assessments
  • Entering invoices
  • Data Entry and Filing
  • General office & PA tasks
