Within the Australian market, the RESIpm team provide Residential Property Management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail, hotel, government, and industrial property sectors.
We are seeking expressions of interest for Residential Building Managers to join our NSW team. We're open to all different levels and will provide training and guidance in order for you to build your career!
A snapshot of the role:
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property
- Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock
- Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules
- Attend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Provide superior levels of customer service
Ideally you would have experience with the following:
- Mixed Use Developments (Shared Facilities BMC)
- Management of common property
- Developing and continuous improvements on operational procedures
- Developing strategies around preventative maintenance
- Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology
