Role Overview: As a Human Resource Officer at CB Traffic Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting our human resource functions and ensuring the effective management of our most valuable asset - our people. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
  • Assisting with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
