We currently have an excellent opportunity for an inspiring and experienced Chef de partie as part of our Kitchen Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients, EY. We are looking for someone with energy, drive and commitment who can bring passion to the role and drive significant operational change to take our teams to the next level.

If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, have an excellent understanding of the delivery of exceptional client services and how food plays a significant role, then we want to hear from you. You will need to be driven, engaging and inspiring, have great communication skills and be highly self-motivated. About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • You are a ‘foodie’ – you understand the importance of ‘food as medicine’ in the workplace and have a track record of successfully run kitchen operations, assisting in developing inspiring menus and creating memorable culinary experiences
  • You know how to create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it’s part of your DNA
  • You have proven pastry credentials including the ability to inspire and engage your teams, drive positive change and innovation – your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your skill and support
  • You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever-changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure – you’ve got a proven record of work with change and never lose your cool
  • You’ve got a passion for service delivery – you can see around corners and assist your teams to do the same
  • You’re willing to take risks, open to learning new skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams’ actions – your achievements speak for themselves, and you pride yourself on always challenging the status quo
  • You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity – you know how to talk to people and can give examples of the ways in which you can deliver your message
