Key Duties:

• Undertake all aspects of the Carpentry trade, including reactive and planned maintenance
• Respond, manage and attend inspections and call-outs
• Execute and manage all maintenance works 
• Liaise with clients, colleagues and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
• Assess, inspect and report on damage
• Have a general knowledge of material costs 
• Order/purchase materials from local suppliers
• Complete work orders and progress reports

Essential Criteria

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Shopfitting
• Minimum 2 years' Carpentry experience in Construction Maintenance/ Refurbishment 
• Strong communication skills 
• Competent with smartphones and basic computer work
• Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Driver Licence essential

Position location: Bella Vista NSW 2153

Hours of Work: Full-time Monday to Friday
