Alfa Disabilities is looking for experienced and exceptional support workers on a full-time basis to join our team at Katherine, Northern Territory.

Main Tasks:

• Provide support to patients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
• Understand and provide appropriate care to patients with low needs to patients with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviors
• Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment
• Work under general guidance from the person seeking support, and their family, within clearly defined guidelines

You must have, at a minimum:

• Most hold Ochre cards and NDIS Worker Endorsement Registration or willingness to obtain them.
• A valid Full Driving license.
• Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times.
• Completed NDIS Worker Orientation.
• National Police Check
• Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access.
• Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organizational and participants’ information at all times.
