Our client is a rapidly-growing multidisciplinary team of allied health and social work professionals offering boutique therapeutic support services dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering social inclusion, and quality of life for people with disability and their families. As a registered NDIS provider they specialise in positive behaviour support, therapeutic supports, life skills development, family support, and trauma therapy, ensuring participants remain at the centre of their efforts.


Joining the team as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner in Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Sydney or the Sunshine Coast, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with participants, their support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised Behaviour Support plans.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or in the final semester of studies.
  • Previous experience using systems to collect data from a range of sources and ensuring data is recorded and reported correctly
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles.
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and trauma therapy preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
