About the company:

Join a leading travel management company specialising in corporate travel services. Priding themselves on delivering exceptional service and cost-effective solutions, as a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' travel experiences are seamless, efficient, and tailored to their unique needs.

We have 2 separate roles available:

Corporate Travel Consultant - 3 days in CBD located office, 2 days WFH

After Hours Corporate Consultant - 3 days in CBD located office, 2 days WFH. Weekend work, 2 days off during the week!

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for our corporate clients. Your ability to navigate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and your in-depth knowledge of airfares will be essential. You'll handle travel requests, make reservations, and provide top-notch customer service. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:

    • Interact with busy corporate clients to understand their travel requirements.
    • Handle travel requests promptly via phone and email.
    • Provide personalized service, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Utilize GDS platforms (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, and car rentals.
    • Optimise travel budgets by recommending cost-effective options.
    • Process self-ticketing transactions efficiently.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with travel policies.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Provide timely updates on travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
    • Self-ticketing proficiency preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus).
    • Familiarity with online booking tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The Package:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $65k to $75k per annum + super + incentives.
  • Full time permanent role.
  • Hybrid environment.
