We are looking for an experienced person who gives importance to food safety and cleanliness of food manufacturing companies to join the team. With a focus on client relationships, we are looking for a go getter who thrives in business development within the food services industry.
You must be an active listener and conversationalist, with a passion for building sales opportunities for our Company. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders is a must.
About the Role
- Reporting to the General Manager, your focus will be to grow the Company.
Some of the main duties will include: - Business development and client engagement
- Overseeing daily operations and strategies for business growth
- Project management and client proposals, as well as using a CRM
- Constructing a healthy sales pipeline by increasing customer engagement and building relationships
- Account management for client opportunities
- Facilitating client meetings (both via Zoom and face to face)
- Developing new business strategies to onboard new clients and to educate on products and services offered for financial growth
- Providing a specialist service with a view to resolving customers hygiene needs
The potential earning in this role is a $100 K package, which includes Base Salary, Superannuation, plus Commission and a Company Motor Vehicle
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Proven experience in B2B Business Development
- Sound Business Acumen with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Results driven with proven strategies business growth to meet and exceed KPI’s and targets
- Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills
- Full drivers' license (car)
