Internal Sales Role

Cost Less Bolts and Industrial Supplies is a leader in the fastener, tool and industrial supply sector for over 30 years and has a proud history of working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes. As a family run and owned business, we pride ourselves on high expectations and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

We have a highly sought after role in a growing and diverse industry. We are looking for someone who seeks challenges, wants to develop their skill set and increase business opportunities.  We are also looking for someone who loves working with a small but dedicated and supportive team.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and keen to take a proactive approach to the role finding opportunities to strengthen relationships and develop new ones.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
  • Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries.
  • Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the telephone and via email.
  • Liaising with suppliers and building relationships.
  • Stock control including restocking shelves and packing orders.
  • Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
  • General warehousing duties as required.

  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
  • Accountable for your work and have integrity.
  • Driven and a passionate professional with experience working in a sales and customer facing role.
  • Experienced in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries (desirable)
  • Customer focused and a team player, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your customers.
  • Excellent at time management and a real self-starter, preferably someone who can work independently.
