• Experience in Technical delivery of large-scale banking transformation programs.  
• Strong experience with Java/C#
• Strong Banking experience. 
• Strong experience in API and Micro-services development
• Strong Knowledgeable in cloud technologies
• 5+ years PMO experience, with a demonstrated understanding of associated key disciplines (i.e. project management, project planning, resource and workforce planning, strategic planning, dependency mapping, action planning, compliance & risk management, data collection and analysis). Finance or Tech background preferred
• Experience in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix organisation.
• Demonstrated experience utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies to successfully deliver projects.
• Proficiency in building relationships, well-developed interpersonal skills, and proven team development skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence appropriately at all levels of the organisation. 
• Advanced user of MS Suite and other related technologies (e.g. PPT, Project, Visio, Excel, etc.)
