The Position 

We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer to join our dedicated accounts team on a part time basis. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with all aspects of accounts payables and accounts receivables 
• Assist with the monthly billing process across all areas of the firm
• Support the management of trust accounts
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Provide general administrative support to the accounts team

About You

• Experience working in accounts OR currently working towards an accounting degree at university
• Strong numeracy and Microsoft excel skills
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and pick things up quickly
• Experience working in accounts in a law firm is highly advantageous 
• Experience working with trust accounts is highly advantageous 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
