Front Desk Coordinator
Join our dynamic and growing Dental practice as a Front Desk Coordinator and support staff for both full, part time and casual work. We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and organised individual to be a part of our team at Rickard Dental Centre team.
We are in search of a qualified and experienced:
- Front desk coordinator
- Sterilisation coordinator
- Dental Assistant
As a front desk coordinator you will have the opportunity to manage day to day business needs and plan for ongoing patient, stock and business dealings.
As a dental assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including chairside procedures .You will also play a key role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience and leave with a smile on their face.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, and processing payments.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant or Receptionist.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Available Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
