Skywire, a leading provider of warehouse solutions and a Renovotec Group Company, is partnering with Talent International in their search for a seasoned Business Analyst to revolutionise supply chain operations with cutting-edge voice technology. This is an entirely new area for Skywire, and you'll play a pivotal role in its success!

As the pioneer Business Analyst for voice solutions in Australia, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

  • Spearhead the implementation of voice technology, a game-changer for warehouse efficiency.
  • Build a new practice from the ground up, shaping the future of Skywire's supply chain solutions.
  • Become a recognized expert in this innovative technology and a thought leader in the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Analyze existing supply chain workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization through voice technology.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process maps.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Leverage your supply chain expertise to recommend solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Analyze warehouse workflows and identify areas for improvement through voice technology.
  • Design and implement voice solutions for major retail clients.
  • Travel to warehouses and meet with clients to support project implementations and client engagements (occasional interstate travel).

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • An expert in workflow analysis and process improvement within distribution/warehouse environments.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with voice solutions (e.g., Honeywell Voice or Vocollect) is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics operations and consultative selling experience is highly desirable.
