An incredible opportunity for a successful Broker to become a Lending Manager at a highly reputable and award-winning firm in Newcastle CBD.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and managing the rapidly growing lending division within this impressive and well-established firm. 

A very attractive salary package is on offer but will be relative to the successful applicants level of expertise.

This role will be a 50/50 split between leading the team and strategising versus writing deals and speaking/meeting with clients.

The Role:

• Provide daily leadership, coaching and development of associates. 
• Complete complex lending deals and service high-net-worth clients, including asset financing, residential & commercial loans.
• No cold calling is required, the successful candidate will service existing and referred clients.
• Back-end support that complete the majority of the admin duties.
• Utilising Broker Engine to track progress/pipeline and AFG as an Aggregator.

Skills and Qualifications:

• MFAA Accredited.
• Diploma of Lending / Required Lending Qualification.
• 5+ years of broking experience.
• Background in writing commercial loans is highly regarded.
• Enthusiasm for sharing expertise with associates, a respectful attitude, ability to provide honest and direct feedback, eagerness to invest in others and exercise empathy.
