About the Role

We are looking for a full-time office manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you won't just be responsible for managing our office and supporting our legal team – you'll also be the beating heart of our corporate culture. Your mission is to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both clients and staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Organising events for our team and clients and making our office an amazing place to work will be part of your exciting responsibilities.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and archiving
  • Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as required
  • Organise and coordinate team-building events, client functions, and celebrations
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive office culture

 

Your Experience

To be successful, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • A bubbly, energetic personality that adds warmth and vibrancy to the office
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assist with social media management and content creation using tools like Canva
